I'm Yansae

I am a Communication and Multimedia Design student with a strong focus on visual storytelling through photography and filmmaking. My work is driven by a curiosity for composition, atmosphere, and narrative—capturing moments that feel intentional, cinematic, and authentic.

I began my creative journey at an early age with a love for fine art and making drawings. This year I started studying Communication and Multimedia Design at the HAN University of applied sciences. Prior to my studies, I spent several years producing music, an experience that continues to influence my visual work through rhythm, mood, and timing. This multidisciplinary background allows me to approach projects from a broader creative perspective.

Photography and video are at the core of my practice. Whether working on personal projects or commissioned work, I aim to create visuals that are not only aesthetically strong but also emotionally engaging. The majority of the work showcased here reflects my exploration of light, composition, and storytelling across different photographs.
